Nynke Atsma volgde een intensieve YIN-opleiding op het mooie Bali waar ze leerde dat Yin Yoga is niet alleen een lichamelijk uitdaging is maar zeker ook een mentale. Onder haar begeleiding helpt ze comfort te vinden in ongemak met verzachting en met overgave.
